Current Opportunities


PAYROLL COORDINATOR

  • Responsible for payroll of 140-200 employees for bi-weekly period
  • Entering of new hires, employee changes voluntary deductions in the payroll system
  • Processing of manual checks such as terminations and discrepancies
  • Prepare and process hourly and salaried bi-weekly payrolls
  • Prepare and process garnishments
  • Maintain and help employees with the ADP Time and Attendance System
  • Calculate new hire pay, termination pay, and any required adjustment to normal pay
  • Processing stop payments or adjustments of payroll
  • Calculate bonuses as requested
  • Ensure that computing, withholding, and deductions are done correctly
  • Knowledge of wage and hour laws
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed
  • Serve as the Purchasing contact and Purchase Items for the Company under the Direct of the CFO
  • Prepare payroll reports as assigned by the CFO
  • Other Duties as Assigned by the Company CFO

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficient in ADP Work Force Now PC/Payroll for Windows
  • Must have worked with a payroll size greater than 150 employees.
  • Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word. Should be comfortable with computer applications in general
  • 10-key by touch
  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Strict confidentiality a must
  • Associated degree preferred (however my substitute relevant work experience)

MED AIDE – FULL-TIME OVERNIGHT POSITION

  • Assist clients with ADLs as needed, perform vital sign collection, assist with admission and discharge process and other required tasks
  • Post /manage nursing schedule, create / post driver’s schedules, including holidays, vacations and replacements
  • Arrange for facility transportation of clients when needed
  • Manage telephone calls professionally/ respond effectively to individuals calling about services
  • Assist Charge Nurse as necessary

New Beginnings is offering a competitive salary plus a $300 starting bonus for this position. LODGE/FAMILY COORDINATOR – FULL-TIME

  • Effectively embrace NBM’s client-centered philosophy to help clients on their road to recovery.
  • Coordinate non-clinical daytime operations for the women’s residential program, acting as the point of contact for inquiries from clients, family members, and external parties.
  • Complete tasks for coordination of family group, including making invitation phone calls, corresponding with family members, obtaining releases for family group, and coordinating with clients about invitees to family group and completion of family letters.
  • Monitor client whereabouts, communicate information regarding client’s behavior to other members of treatment team, encourage client participation in therapeutic activities, assist with medication administration, occasional transportation of clients, and supervise clients to ensure their safe involvement in treatment.
  • Role modeling and use of appropriate social interactions, conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
  • Maintain primary responsibility for daytime client medications, reception of lodge visitors and phone calls, while coordinating with Nursing, CD Tech Supervisor, and Clinical Staff.
  • Participation in maintenance of Lodge cleanliness, tracking and recording completion of lodge cleaning and maintenance needs.

New Beginnings is offering a competitive salary plus a $200 starting bonus for this position. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, must pass a DHS and other background checks, and be free of chemical use problems for at least 12 months. 30+ hours per week, benefits eligible. DIETARY AIDE – ON CALL

  • Assisting Cook with food prep (Cooking experiences a plus)
  • Filling and restocking
  • Washing and putting away dishes
  • 1 week-end a month (early morning day shift)
  • Afternoon and early evening shifts during the week
